going to pick it up tonight!
Going to the FFL tonight to pick up my first krag.! Became somewhat obsessed with them after seeing a sportorized one on an online auction! (Did not buy that one)

Looks like a good honest Krag rifle. Hope the bore has some good rifling to make it a good shooter. Do you have some ammo warmed up ready to blast away in your new Krag? Serial number 204869 was made in April 1899. Thanks for the good pictures.

Yes I bought some from Midway in November. Feel free to point out deficiencies in it. It doesn't have the items in the butt plate. It has a 1901 rear sight on it correct?
