Detroit 'time capsule' .....
Long a place of human settlement, a 'control point' for fur trade commerce, a smuggling 'hot spot' during Prohibition, and a dumping ground for criminal evidence, the Detroit River yields some interesting objects on occasion to Police Department Divers.
