Kicking an idea around. Have a lot of good quality color photos of my prior collection at its’ zenith. Since my full-color American Flyer train book in 8.5” x11” turned out so well, I’m planning on doing a similar book as a Springfield “memory piece” for my declining years. It will be hardcover, at least 300 pages and will likely sell for somewhere between $50 and $75.

It will be a “coffee table” book, with limited text, but will show those people interested in such things, quite a bit of material that no longer (and some that never did!) grows under every bush….Plenty of Krags (not as many as Whig, but quite a few.... )

I’m going to do it for myself no matter the cost, but - in this black rifle world with the old collectors dropping like flies - is there any interest?

I’ll be shooting for a pre-Christmas 2026 release….

Count me in! Sounds great, but I am an old collector though I hope not to drop like a fly for quite a while

I'll would be interested, always looking for a new book. In this day and age $50 or $75 is nothing. Pizza cost $20 and a magazine usually cost $7.95 heck my first 1903 cost me $100.
