Thanks OR Hunter, that's a practical alternative to replacing the magazine cut off lever. If I need a replacement, butlers rangers, I know who to give a shout to. And the information that you shared was actually encouraging! Thanks so much!

Sporterized sounds like a bad word. Was it done by the military or a hunter? Does the serial number tell you that it's a rifle and not a carbine. What is the value of a weapon like this?
